If you get an SC501 (tray 1), SC502 (tray 2) or SC503 (tray3) paper tray error:

 Remove the paper from the appropriate error tray, turn off your copier, reload your paper and turn the copier back on and your problem should be resolved, if not, call our service department, 316-944-5464.
